Animal Rescue Friends Book 1: Maddie and Boyd
It isn’t easy for a country girl to move to the suburbs. The other kids aren’t very friendly, and there are hardly any animals at all! So when Maddie finds a stray at the local park, she jumps at the chance to make a new furry friend.
But it doesn’t take long for Maddie to learn that apartment life means No Dogs Allowed. Lucky for her and her new animal friend, Boyd, the Animal Rescue Friends shelter can help! ARF gives everyone from Houdini, a tiny escape-artist rabbit, to Chestnut, a horse who needs a little extra TLC—and the people who care for them—a place that feels like home.
