First it was shock Me Why would you think it was me I asked You told me yesterday that you knew it wasn’t me Wilu said When I asked how you could know that you said you just knew He put his hands up and made air quotes as he said just knew Who else would absolutely know except the person who stole all of the bucks to begin with My next emotion was outrage You’ve got to be kidding me I said Of all the people who could have come to my defense I didn’t think
it would be Nadia But she stood up next and pointed at Wilu Yeah right You’re just blaming Robin so it doesn’t look like it’s you Wilu jabbed his finger at me Or Robin wants to make it look like that when really it’s her How could you think it’s me I shouted I’m the only one who’s been nice to you all week long Wilu squinted his eyes at me You were probably just getting close to me so you could make it seem like it was me when really it was you all along LJ leaned over to me and said See I told you he wasn’t very nice
I looked her in the eyes Nadia hadn’t been very nice but you made her your friend Nadia crossed her arms Hey I just stood up for you Why won’t you just be my friend already I threw my hood up and rose out of my seat And then well I don’t really remember what all was said next Part of it was because I was so angry that the words just started flying out I’d been trying to be nice to Wilu all week long and this was how he was going to repay me By blaming me for the missing bucks
But I was also so mad at my friends How could they not see that they were acting just like I had last week If they hadn’t blamed Wilu maybe Wilu wouldn’t have blamed me But I don’t think I said anything like that I think I yelled things like Why doesn’t anyone listen to me and I can’t think with everyone yelling That’s the other part of why I can’t remember what was said next everyone was yelling LJ and Nadia were yelling Wilu was yelling Heck even the quiet kids at the front of the class were yelling
